The one thing in life people pay the least mind to is death, and what comes along with it; including costs. Funeral homes know that this is a painful vunerable time for the families and they basically fill their pockets on that sentiment. People need to familiarize themselves more with the options available to them when it comes to funerals because in the moment, money is the last thing on their mind..
I changed my audience in this thesis, giving myself more to work with instead of trying to change a business mind frame, it would be easier opening peoples eyes.
